If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a Return Request on the Easy Trade app or website within 14 days for Easy Trade items and 7 days for non-Easy Trade items from the date of delivery.
For device-related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, seller warranty or brand warranty could be given by the seller. For seller warranty, please contact the seller. For selected categories, we accept a "Change of Mind". Please refer to the returns policy per category below to check if the respective category is applicable for returns.
Valid reasons to return an item
Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (e.g. unable to switch on)
Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories).
Delivered product is not as advertised (i.e. does not match product description or picture).
Delivered product does not fit.
Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/colour, fake/conterfeit item, or expired.)
